Emergency Management. We can also customize any course to meet your

specific needs. The following courses are currently available:
- Government
of Ontario - Emergency Management Ontario (EMO) Basic Emergency
Management (BEM) Course - This course consists of 3 days
training and at the end of this course, participants
will:
- Be familiar with legislated and regulated
emergency management programs in Ontario;
- Be familiar with the five components of
Emergency Management;
- Be able to discuss personal preparedness.
This course can be customized to suit your business, community
or government needs.
- Basic
Emergency Management Course
- Similiar to the Emergency Management Ontario Basic Emergency
Management Course, but focused towards ensuring that staff are aware of
the basic concepts of Emergency Management and being prepared with a 72
hour kit. The course is nornally half a day in length, and
can be
customized specifically for your business.
- Emergency
Operations Centre Course
- This course is designed to train staff who wil be tasked to man an
Operations Centre during a disaster, and covers the
Operational Cycle, procedures and standard operating procedures used in
an Operations Centre. This is a one day course, which also includes a
short Table Top Exercise. This course can be customized for
your business.
Jean-Paul LeBlanc is a qualified military instructor and has many years
of experience instructing at the Canadian Forces School of
Communications and Electronics Engineering, teaching soldiers
and
officers in a variety of subjects including Command Post operations.
He was also posted to the Canadian Forces Naval Engineering School and
the Canadian Forces Recruiting and Training System Headquarters.
