Jean-Paul LeBlanc Consulting Services is located in Moncton, New Brunswick, and
was founded
by Jean-Paul LeBlanc in 2009. As far as were are aware, we are the
only Business Continuity consulting firm in the Maritime Provinces
that provides a comprehensive Business Continuity Planning
offering to clients.
Our mandate is to
serve the needs of our clients, by preparing them to survive all types of
business interruptions, and by providing them with the ability to quickly resume daily
business operations with minimal disruption. Our
success is based on our belief that we want to work with our clients,
and not for them. Our goal is to ensure that clients can operate
their business or operations as efficiently
and effectively as possible in these uncertain times. We
can provide clients with a Quick Plan to meet immediate needs, or a Comprehensive
Plan. We'll also focus on your
organization's strategic objectives to ensure that
your Program supports these objectives.
We provide clients with a proven comprehensive Business Continuity Program, based on
industry best practices and standards. We are certified by the Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) and have expertise in Business Continuity Planning (BCP),
Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Hazard Identification and Risk (HIRA),
Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), Business Impact Assessment (BIA),
Baseline Inventory, Business Service Risk Assessment, Recovery
Strategies, Pandemic Planning, Emergency Operations Centre (EOC)
set-up, procedures and protocols, Incident Management System (IMS),
Critical Infrastructure, and Emergency Exercise Design.
At the Federal Government level, Jean-Paul LeBlanc has over
41 years of military experience as a Senior Communications and
Electronics Engineering Officer. He is currently working on a Business Continuity Plan for a National Defence Organization. At
the Provincial Level, he was employed for nine years with the Ontario
Government, where he
was responsible for the successful implementation of a comprehensive
Business Continuity and Security Program for Justice Technology
Services, the Information
Technology Cluster for the Ontario Government Ministry of the Attorney
General
(MAG) and Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services
(MCSCS)
encompassing some 25,000 users geographically dispersed across the
province. He
provided Risk Management, Business Continuity and Emergency Management
advice
to the Assistant Deputy Minister/Chief Information Officer (ADM/CIO),
and
Senior Information Technology (IT) and Business Division Directors in
the two
Ministries. Jean-Paul is the recipient of a Deputy Minister's Ovation
Award for his work in Business Continuity Planning.
